- Managing a team of four discipline engineers (Electrical, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical), and in charge of:

--> Set-up the Spare Part Activity
--> Define the 2-Years Operations Spare Parts
--> Issue the Spare Part Files (Spare Part Lists and the related vendor documentation)
--> Issue the Material Templates required for the creation of items into UNISUP/SAP
--> Involvevment into the Supply-Chain process related to the Spare Parts.

- Managing a team of two methods engineers (E&I, Mechanical), in charge of :

--> Review of Global Maintenance Plan (tasks, periodicity)
--> Assessment of Preventive Maintenance Plan (Workload Vs Resources / Disciplines)
--> Schedule Preventive Maintenance Plan
--> Modification of PM Master Data
--> Onshore support on any Maintenance related subjects involving SAP PM Module (Asset register, Bill of Material, Spare parts …)

- Managing a team of three junior maintenance engineers in charge of the definition and management of preventive maintenance activities including:

--> Criticality review
--> RCM studies
--> Optimization studies
--> Lubrication plan

- Definition and management of Vendor/Contractor training activities for Operations & Maintenance staff (50 people):

--> Classroom Training (including courses preparation and evaluation tests)
--> On-job-Training during Commissioning
--> Competence Assurance Program

- Operation & Maintenance manuals management
- Local coordinator on final spare parts definition

- On-site Coordinator for:

--> Building Asset Register (Equipment hierarchy definition and technical data formatting)
--> Spare Parts links & Optimization (28,000 items)

- Preventive Maintenance Plan coordinator/on-site supervisor
- CMMS Implementation on-site coordinator/on-site supervisor
- General Reporting and Meeting with Client on site
- Proposal Manager on site for additional Works concerning the Desalinization Units and Maintenance Procedures activities.

- Spare Parts recommendations for 2-years operation including:

--> Supplier’s package analysis (mechanical part) from P&IDs, Drawings and Data sheets.
--> Single point of contact for all suppliers for all spares / documentation / procedure / PID data inclusive of electrical and instrument disciplines.
--> Undertake data input into spares electronic management system (ESPIR creation via MATI in-house tool)
