Setting-up of a tool to handle the sub-contractors’ activities and link it with the company’s global indicators - Training and follow-up of the users to its use;

Writing of standard procedures for the tool and specific agreements between all the party involved;

Valuation of the expected activities and manning on both middle and long term plan, with relative indicators;

Writing reports regarding some specific activities on the plant.

Analysis and enhancement of existing tools on forecasting, forward planning and manufacture;

Setting-up of a tool to optimize and follow-up the forecast accuracy, with relative indicators - Training of the users and writing of standard procedures;

Analysis of existing flow and link them with the production and storage capacities to plan the needs in new equipments;

Writing reports regarding new software.

Implementation of a Kanban production system;

Setting-up of the stock and production technical’s enhancement;

Training and follow-up of the people and report to the person in charge.
